Sonya- I bought the Pampered Chef flowered bread tube on ebay a few years ago... (Looks like they still have lots available: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=pampered+chef+bread+tube+flower)...and every once in awhile I remember to use it. I made homemade buns at the end of summer and I used some of the dough and I rolled it out flat. I spread cut up ham and shredded cheese on top, rolled it up and stuffed it into the bread tube. I baked it until golden and then after it was cool, I sliced it with my electric knife. The slices went into a ziploc and into the deep freeze. Lucky for Kezia...she just had to pull the slices from the freezer and add them to her lunch. :)
Looks yummy! How do you make your ham and cheese roll ups? Is it something you bake and slice? Looks like a good idea for a school lunch. :)
